මේ ලෝකයේ මිනිසුන් කොට්ටාශ දෙකක් ඇත.ඒ වැඩක් කරන මිනිසුන් හා ලතුනු දාගන්නා මිනිසුන්ය.ඔබ තොරාගත යුත්තේ ඉන්වැඩක් කරන මිනිසුන් කොට්ටාශයයි.මක්නිසාද වැඩක් කරන මිනිසුන්ට සිටින තරගකරැවන් ගණන අඩුය.එහෙත් ලතුනු දාගන්නා මිනිසුන්ට වැඩිපිරිසත් සමග තරගකිරිමට සිදුවේ

doubtful friend is worse than a certain enemy. Let a man be one thing or the other, and we then know how to meet him.
